Dota Client doesn't take care of crap, I know a few people on DXD East that have dodged it. The point of IHLs is so you shouldn't even need to worry about hacking, pubbie rage, and stuff like this, the fact that DXDi is requiring it shows you what kind of fags and idiots it has. I don't play in IHCS (outside of 1 game from a LONG time ago) and I am rarely on USWest.
