SO what's everyone's opinion on ra....So far in my personal experience, he can be a pretty ridiculously tanky carry that can single handedly fark an entire team up in seconds if properly farmed and leveled, but is just about useless otherwise. He ranges from ridiculously op to barely noticeable. Imo, his ulti needs some reworking, it's pretty ridiculous in clustered team fights. He's a character who can really snowball hard if given the farm. He's one of those heroes where by simply being alive he's doing massive damage and contributing. I'd remove the cliff and building walking from his first skill personally. It seems a bit silly. | ||

And its actually kind of funny thinking of someone posting like how I described, because damn if what I said was considered to be in anger, especially when he responds the way he does, then I would have had aneurysm/stroke by now. It's kind of funny when you think about the posts Ganfei2 made leading up to that snap back at paper's comment with that "don't criticize me cause you don't know me", then promptly followed up by the 10th grade and being grown up comment.
