Really though, computer programs scanning for shit is literally shit and really doesn't mean much. Joke? Losing credibility? Only with fucking retarded hillbillies who don't understand what's happening. By the way, I know I have nothing on my computer, I was just giving some examples for people who would need some sort of empirical proof beyond my word. Again, joke? My computer is not part of a botnet; I'm pretty sure reformatting doesn't result in being infected. Lol @ "running scans is literally shit." I'm really trying to restrain myself from reacting in the same dickish manner that you do to literally every single post in this entire 1500 page thread but it's difficult. This is the best I can manage. I see you do about the same; you restrain your "points," which generally convey a sense of incredible elitism, to just before the breaking point of complete gaping assholery to avoid being banned. So let's see if I can do the same in response to you. Accepting responsibility has been proven time and time again to be proper business acumen. Scrambling to assign blame to others, especially your customer base which has had nothing to do with the problem, can only result in negative publicity. There aren't going to be any investors anyways, and even if there are there's no way you can judge a small company for it's inability to cope with massive DDOS attacks, which was my point and which you failed to grasp because you seem to be concerned only with one-upping every single person you reply to regardless of their point or your own tenuous arguments.

Note: You can ditch the nomes for a nulstone if you feel you can farm it fast enough. Also you should get striders This is too useful to be a joke: Other joke builds that actually work occasionally: 1.) Gaunt WS L1 kong. At 10 seconds or so just say "GAUNT AFK" and throw up the vote kick. Nobody will suspect anything until Kong is dead. If you have a martyr supporting your bot lane, have him go mia, apparently to check rune, but then cast guardian on ws, feeding kong 2 seconds before ws finishes him so ws and martyr both get an instaboost to level 5. Obviously, gaunt should leave xp range before ws gets the last hit off. This way you will have 2 level 5s on the map when mid is level 2-3 and all other heroes are 1-2. The continuation here is just WS either raping a few towers with his level advantage, or just going back to jungle with a 5 minute headstart. Also, a level 5 martyr against level 1-2 opponents will make any semi-carry you have as his lanemate totally unkillable and he should be able to guarantee the lanemate 100% free farm. 2.) Tempest farm doombringer and feed it to a carry by assembling slayer/soth on a courier. As soon as you assemble it on the courier, it will drop where the courier is. This way you can safely drop a doombringer in your base. Or feed it to your carry and set up for an Ee-han timing push at 16-17 minutes. Easiest way to farm a fast db is to go: monkey -> bottle -> flying -> gank lane -> kill tier 1 towers -> soth -> slayer. The reason you go soth first is because it could go into a mock. If you get a slayer the other team will immediately know something is up. 3.) Legionnaire + support bot lane hellbourne. Support pull ancients at :03 and :33, denying all creeps forever. Lego just stand at tower killing creeps before the tower takes much damage. Bot lane will get 0 xp after the first wave and leg will be level 6 by the time. This is just flatly imbalanced. It is banned in tourney play. 4.) Get a friend to random swap you a carry so you start with 853 gold and a strong carry. Then have him buy you a bottle first so you can dominate mid with your eyes closed. Also imbalanced and banned in tourney play. 5.) Go mid on zephyr. Go jungle as soon as you pick up your lifetube. Get Mock by 18 and the other team will CC by 20. On second thought xZiggy, if you plan on throwing up some joke builds in MMR, let me know and I'll run these builds with you!

Running scans is literal shit, if you want to pretend that whatever antivirus, anti-spyware protects you from a botnet, go for it, keep your Norton subscription going. It's for people who don't have a clue, literally. Run a scan, my shit is safe, because I "know", rofl, so this is how Norton/McAfee stays in business. Like I am curious to why you think running scans is gonna do something. Accepting responsibility has been proven time and time again to be proper business acumen. Scrambling to assign blame to others, especially your customer base which has had nothing to do with the problem, can only result in negative publicity. This proves one thing to the eyes of investors, they aren't ready for their success; they got big enough to where they were worth targeting and how do they respond? Judging by your own response, not very fucking well. Aren't any investors? What? Where do you think the money comes from for prizes for all those tournaments? You think S2 and only S2 is affected by this little debacle? The saying I missed your point when you can't even read what I posted, all 3 lines of it. Did I say S2 was right in their handling of the situation, or rather they were handling this well? Did I say that they should indirectly blame their consumer base for this? All I said was that they can't and shouldn't just accept the whatever responsibility because it looks god awful, especially with how everyone is perceiving online security with Sony's troubles. Only with fucking retarded hillbillies who don't understand what's happening. Ganfei2, look at the game you are playing, think of the average level of players and then recount how much stupid shit you have seen. Then correlate that to how they would react to what you suggested.

Like I am curious to why you think running scans is gonna do something. heuristics depends on how well your antivirus can tell something that isn't in a large database is a problem, but really by the time you are comprised it's already way too late for you to do shit about it, an active scan of shit you download and run is what keeps you safe not a on demand scan because you feel a bit violated. Most viruses are caused by the user sitting in a chair and downloading fishy shit on line then running it on their computer. Like you i don't get how mcafee and norton keep in business when microsoft security essentials covers just as well as their products if not better and it comes with all windows systems. Only way to stop stupid users is prevent them from doing too much shit on their computer ie a limited account.
