Don't think you can say he had a freelane, I think his skill just showed here. Afaik the whole purpose of a trilane is to say yes, I am going to be underleveled, but I am going to get every single creep kill and get more gold than you can deal with, but when a hero on the other team farms just as much in just a dual lane? ;/

Dual lane? It was a 2v1 SR + Voodoo vs. Bubbles, obviously SR is going to have free farm. Not to mention Voodoo left to roam pretty early, and I distinctly remember Bubbles being in mid at around level 4 trying to gank something.

So yes, it was almost definitely freefarm.

Trixi is a pretty damn good player, but that early farm had nothing to do with his own individual skill.

In the end it came down to the war of attrition and MSI definitely had an advantage in this department as they didn't have to rely on their ults this much. They could practically just stay there and apply pressure indifinitely up to the point when SK got their ults up. Then it was SK initiating and MSI backing off, MSI coming back and pressuring again and all SK could do was slowly lose ground.
Also, all MSI had to really do was dropping flint and they had free reign whereas SK had to get rid of both ws and sr.
