Pixel left. Daigo won't throw a fireball 'cause of EX chicken wing. Finally he does, Justin does EX chicken wing, but misses the link and gets shoryu'd. DAIGO R2 JUSTIN R3 TIED 1-1

Fei could do substantially more damage if Justin could do the link after his EX chicken wing consistently. Also, when Daigo realized that the 2nd hit of the rekka is punishable (during the 1st set of GFs), the impact on Justin's gameplay was significant imo.
