Recomend me a good 360 arcade stick to buy yo. Price isnt the hugest issue (150 american would be my roof though, given the atrocious exchange rate.) | ||

 if you feel like getting quality parts getting a madcatz and whatever parts you need will definitely be within 150 range (its also easier to mod the madcatz se less hassle) or you could buy some custom or get a ps2 stick with converter though i dunno how good 360 converters are (probably ass save a few rare brands) | ||

There are no PS2 --> 360 Converters since MS has a stranglehold on their controllers. Word on the street is that there are lagless PS2 / PS3 / 360 converters that have been patented, but both Sony and MS have rejected their application. I keep hating on this game... ... but I keep playing it. I wanna play Viper but it is so confusing even if C.HP xx Cancel - C.HP is sexy. | ||

my thumb has grown callus from all the rog charging after playing gief for a little i realize just how sick he is.... def. top tier imo plus lots of people on SRK said having an alt char is a good idea in 4.... might sleep on that idea | ||

I never use my 360 controller for anything, the PS2 controller is so much more comfortable. I've debated buying a PS2 stick and hooking that up to the adapter but even the PS2 sticks appear to be pretty expensive still. Any that someone could recommend that's less than $100 and still decent (preferably not the SF anniversary stick since I heard it's ass and preferably one with a lollipop)? | ||

Be careful with the whole ps2 -> ps3 adapter thing. Unless it's a very specific adapter (Pelican, InPin, and I think maybe a couple other good kinds... there's a thread for it on srk), it will not work properly. I use an ps2 -> usb adapter for GGPO and while I got it working fine for ggpo (had to mess with the usb polling rate so it would read inputs accurately, but that's another story), I couldn't even do fireballs on HDRemix for PS3. It may not be a huge problem if you don't do your inputs really quickly, but I noticed if I do them quickly at all with a regular radioshack adapter, it simply wouldnt register everything :{ Edit: found the thread! http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=132493 | ||
