I'm still leveling cooking and this is just when I've got down time during Christmas travels and I'm just posting about my fishing profit. I sold my first Steelforged Essence I created for 30K on Monday, and caught my first Frostdeep Minnow yesterday. I've been the only fisherman posting stacks of certain Enormous Fish and have increased my margins that way too.

Preferably someone who speaks french, although I guess english is doable.
We're both glad from wotlk but after such a break, we're mostly looking for someone good but not too preoccuped with getting r1 or that sort of things. Trying to play seriously between good players for the fun of it I guess.

Feels good to get some ranks on WoL again! Fire on the imperator is pretty gud, as well as on Tectus. It's still bad on single target though, and meh/decent on "cleave" bosses like the twins or Brackenspore.

Grats.. but you should probably move over to Warcraftlogs! Not too many people still use WoL  I think you'll still rank 3rd though!
Hit 670ilvl today after a few nice coin rolls, but still stuck on 1/7M. It feels as if we have a few too many dps dragging us down.. shouldn't be hitting the enrage on twins with everyone past 660

Nice! What's your gear like? Do you run arcane or frost for the other fights?

Kuznam said you can Fire when you have above 1k crit rating in gear. Sandmans pouch is also a must too. You can pick that trinket up for less than 6k gold now though so it fine.
Practice in lfr, but even if you have bad gear you should fire on tectus as it just op.

Meh on cleave fights mastery is actually as good if not better than crit for fire, and i have fuck all of that for now i'm just running frost on everything, changing talents as needed. Frost Bomb+Thermal Void on Tectus pretty good, during the add phase i enter like 6th on the damage meter and come out on top usually >.>

During the log's raid I was running 658 ilvl with a 655 staff, I mainly play arcane but I tried fire in LFR and normals and it seemed really decent as long as you can spread your dots to a second or more targets for some time. It's really great for the remnants on the last boss though, especially as my raid doesn't seem to kill them too fast, LB + combu do insane damage.
I HATE frost, I had already switched to arcane when the frostbolt buff came out because I couldn't bear to wait for icelance procs while spamming 5K frostbolts anymore :D Arcane seems better on sims, and I'm doing fairly well with it, so as I'm far from being in a hardcore progress guild, I'll stick with it and switch to fire when I can.
And Pandemona yeah I have the 3/3 darkmoon trinket, and fire is indeed great on tectus. I think it can outdps arcane on every cleave/aoe fight, though the single target dps is really lacking (except when I got really lucky on crits or spread LB in the anomalies during transition (don't do this at home, your healers might hate you), my dps before p4 on the last boss was much lower than in arc). It's pretty annoying to have such limited gear choice at the moment though, there is no way you can fully optimize either spec..
And thanks for mentioning warcraftlogs, it seems better all around indeed, it didn't exist when I was still playing "seriously" in cata!

Yeah mastery indeed helps i have mastery to add but getting the pyros changed is still where your damaging is coming from. Most of the metre will read pyroblast top my like 30% of your damage done in total. All about spreading that and LB etc.
Should not be scared to go fire if you have the 1k crit Teo you will do fine.

Meh i tried Fire/Arcane in normal a while ago (this was like ~10 ilvl less though) with 1k crit and 500 mastery and it was completely shiet

Hmm have to be careful which talents you go for but it shouldn't be terrible. I think im 655 ilvl and could pull 23k on Kargath when i tried last night. That was without combustion helper addon as it bugged xD

Yeah i played bad tbh, i definitely could have pulled more. The fact that i get all the bitch jobs like flamethrowers and managing stacks on butcher doesnt help. Having follower that after a highmaul mission bring back the one piece of gear that i already have hc wf is just icing on the fckin cake xD
