That means you have too much territory. Care to donate? :D
If the Caelum files are available from the tl1 game, I'm interested.

Too much territory? :D I wish...

Three hours left on TL3. What are people's opinions on holding the turn for Tolkien? I think we should wait, even if he is likely microing his heart out mineralwalking drones around trying to hold off Bogarus' unscouted 10-pool.
'Course, he's probably around and lurking... Tolkien, have you been eaten? You PM'd me about TL2 and I've not heard back...

Did Ulm submit his turn for the game 3 at all?

Oh okay, I hadn't noticed you can check it there so easily.
2 Wizards and 1 Sorcerer in an indie province :/ Went there with a pretty decent army thinking that I should be able to take it but nope.

Indies? What are those?
*nervous laugh*

Indies, indys, independents, whatever. Mages like that are annoying as they have a huge effect on the outcome of the combat, but the intel rarely mentions anything about them.

Looks like everyone adjacent to that region expanded away from it, except for Agartha who didn't expand much.

What region are you talking about?
|
The one around provinces 119 and 136.
TL2: Mictlan, so what was your pretender, anyway?
|
Oh yeah that. I was thinking of going there but too strong independents on the way. Better go kill the weak ones first.
|
TL2: trading S or D for W or E

An imprisoned bless/vampire-lord-summoning smoking mirror. My (greedy greedy) plan was to just set up blood factories, smile and shake hands with everyone, maybe get some ocelotls because they're kewl, smile and shake hands some more, get a fuckton of vampire lords. I did have a decent army laying around for a long time doing nothing, which I should have used to attack Ulm after initial expansion but I never seem to be able to bring myself to rush people in MP games (in duels, not so much ) . When Ulm piled in my forces were severely outdated having produced only forts and bloodhunters researching for dousing rods. It was nice timing by Ulm though, in 2 more turns I would have been RAKING in the bloodslaves (which I probably would have hogged like an idiot in order to pump out swathes of vampire lords later on ) and pumping out troops again from 5 forts.
On that note, Ulm prob has a shitload of forts now

Ah, I see -- the SDR rush explains the lack of battlemagic other than imp spam. Sorry about kicking you in the shins before you got going :/
I figured that Mictlan ramps up crazy fast once you get your extra forts and blood economy going -- I had initially pulled some troops to the border out of fear of your growing stack of jags (and, as it was my first MP game, was not sure how strong they were beyond "strong"), but realized 1) I'd probably have to fight you sooner or later, and 2) later would go very very badly for me, so I went in as soon as evo4 finished.
The plan to feint toward your border fort and then beeline the capital through that swamp went strangely. I gambled figuring that you wouldn't patrol the front fort with much until you could reinforce with the stack in the cap, so I'd hit the fort with a small force to start a siege (since your medium stack would be inside, scared of my doomstack which could move in), and I could head to the swamp with my doomstack + pretender and fight your reinforcing stack by itself. But I didn't think the supply situation would be quite that bad; some of my guys were already starving before the move in, and then there were NO supplies in that swamp.
Did you anticipate the move to the swamp and keep those guys at home in your cap? I was surprised you didn't try to reinforce the front and make me fight 120 jaguars + your eagles + impspam at once.
I just cracked your southern fort and am sitting around there catching up on research, as I fell behind during the war.

Oh, you're actually Ulm lol , I forget . I'm pretty sure it's a good thing you kicked me in the shins before I got going, vampires are a bitch .
And yeah, I did attempt to get my forces into one big stack, which is also why I didn't exactly script them yet ;_; but your movement screwed that up .
Anyway good job, I'm sure not attacking me then and there would have been a mistake and greedy plays getting punished is always nice (even if I'm on the receiving end ).

Less than an hour time for G3 and Bogarus hasn't yet submitted.

The heck?! I thought the game turn for Tl1 was on a 40 hour cycle ... ugh
well that's unfortunate because I wanted to cut off recruiting spam last turn cause I had them set by accident ...
hoho I'm so screwed on the income front ... recruited a STUPID amoutn of troops for no reason X_X
