She's a rather High execution character, which is why you don't see her often. Zero is kinda high too when you take into account his optimal combos (lightning loop) and optimal mixups, but his buster, special moves and normals make it a lot easier for him to use. | ||

Yeah she has more moves, she pretty much has every tool in the game that is considered good for a character to have. Also, her moves scale differently than other characters, allowing her to do more damage than most. Like Zero, she's high execution low health. | ||
