I watched the SF4 Topanga tournament on NicoNico and the number kept rising even after the stream was over. Even mouseovering the numbers for the different streams in the bottom bar says "Visitors". | ||

Hmmm it's not even that crazy, I can do everything except the stuff like at just before 00:03 the waveland on the platform after the shinespike on Jigglypuff isn't very consistent. The TAS mostly comes into play there in avoiding damage I guess. None of that is the impossible stuff I was talking about. | ||

It stops the combo and you can bet anywhere from 1-4 meter bars. if you bet more you gain a health percent or afflict a health percent based on how much meter you bet. | ||

Once you lose your first bar of health you can Clash during a combo against you. If you bet more then your opponent then you gain life. Bet less and lose life. You can only do it once. (Each player can do it once so you often see 2 per fight). Regardless of the outcome of the wager, players are full screen and in the center of the stage. Certain things are unclashable. Throws, Super moves, character trait attacks and most basic attacks are non clashable. Basically everything else is. | ||
