Hopefully it will be updated frequently throughout the early access. Also if his review is even half accurate than somehow an early access game is better open world, better base building, and dungeon crawler, and resource collecting than any Bethesda game in nearly the past decade and a half. | ||

There's stuff like using 'pokeball-adjacent' things and general structured themes they could likely make a case for. IP like this is pretty impossible to protect because they can't prove it was stolen from pokemon (and not digimon / Monster Sanctuary / whatever other 'pokemon' game), but I could definitely see Nintendo putting legal pressure on and at least getting paid for their efforts/IP infringement. I don't see nintendo shutting it down, though. | ||
