Lets talk seriously, as a Bulls fan, even though they won, that game was terribly reffed. You can't allow offensive players to barrel through people but not allow chest-to-chest contact and sliding.

I am not saying that there was a bias, but the choices the refs made on what rules to enforce was absolutely horrendous.

Yeah, I think it was poorly officiated but it wasn't biased. Everyone was getting hammered tonight, including Lebron/Wade/Bosh.

Very true, but at least they were more consistent in the second half. It took a while for Chicago to figure out they were calling it very loosely.

Chicago definitely has players better able to take advantage of loose reffing, so if the refs keep on like they've been keeping on, the Bulls just might take the series.

God I hope that doesn't happen

I'm still calling Heat in 5. They won't play this apathetic again.

Also, just for future reference, 95% of charge calls "drawn" by the Battier/Miller duo are bullshit.

Not true at all. With Deng out Lebron could barrel through Butler all game if he wanted

edit- I think we take at least one more, Heat in 6..

I guess when I'm referring to ability to take advantage of loose reffing I'm including willingness to play that way. I don't think LeBron is the type to focus in on that sort of laxity.

Awesome game. Bosh and Chalmers were terrible. Really cost Miami a good 5 or 6 posessions.

TBH, D Wade was pretty bad outside of his D too. That three he took early in the shot clock with about a min to go was such a bad play.

Nah, Butler is just as big as Deng. Quicker too, just not as long.

Depends. If the rest of the Heat hit threes nothing matters, but if they aren't a huge part of his game is getting penetration, and Deng/Butler are fast enough that his go to moves (which normally aren't a problem) should be charges on a significant % of possessions.

Also, the refs today adopted the KG rules for all screens set. So dumb.

My favorite moment of the night was when they talked about Shaq losing an unanimous MVP vote to the person who was 7th (Iverson) in voting.

that was pretty much the only bad thing he did. Outside of attacking the paint and not drawing free throws he was awesome. Miami kept losing the lead whenever he went to the bench.

I think the Heat are a bit rusty. They should bounce back the next few games, but I wouldn't be surprised if Chicago took another game. They are playing with such heart.

I think this had more to do with his D though--the Bulls did pretty well containing him on O.
