edit: There's a forum thread posted this morning. Not many posts, but we're likely to transfer because it's only limited time and one way so we absolutely have to make a choice right now edit2: There is a poll with four options: Guild transfer? yes/no - and then one vote for that person staying on Luminai regardless of what guild does, and one for that person moving to Jabbit regardless of guild choice We have 6 votes, 5 of them are for moving guild to Jabbit and the other one is "moving to jabbit whatever happens here" so it's probably going to happen. I'm not really sure how open i should be with posting internal forum stuff though so i'l shut up >.> | ||

A secondary point of view is it gives a lot of motivation to all the guilds just finishing GA if all the DS guilds on the server have hopped. Suddenly everyone's in the running again ^^ (ofc this is assuming that they don't take every single decent player with them.) We've merged with a 5/6 guild, who started running two raid groups when we joined. But it feels kind of like their entry standards slipped a bit to make room for 2 raids, last two nights there's been a dps in my group doing less dps then one of the tanks :S | ||

Drop 3 will make things much easier in general - as everyones DPS, healing, tanking effectiveness is increasing as far as i know (it would be annoying to spend a ton of money, time and effort to get everything runed, some stuff rerolled etc JUST to maintain same DPS as before..), and some DS minibosses will be accessible without having to kill system daemons (which seems to be a very hard fight or at least one that takes a long time to learn as a first 40 man boss) which opens the gate for mass gearing which just makes everything a whole lot easier I'm not really sure on pvp guild DS progress. I only have a vague idea of the furthest progressed people 20 people done poll now, 80% for switch to jabbit. 5% for moving to jabbit regardless of guild decision, and 15% for "stay on luminai" which i think means they want to stay but will follow guild if they move. No votes for other option, so this is more 1 sided than i thought | ||

 After Eugenic left the population on the servers was probably somewhat even. With Codex leaving and the deadline extension, a snowball effect has started and people are freaking out and jumping ship. I wonder how Carbine is gonna tackle this issue. | ||

PVP to PVE avalanche of players I think the whole situation is silly and there should have been a £5 transfer either way. Maybe £10 for single characters, but a highly discounted price for those who have to move 20 or 60 people at once. Eugenic left BECAUSE the transfer was one way - same for Codex, probably. Out of 32 votes, looks like we'd only lose one person so far from transferring. There's still probably over 20 people that have not voted/commented though. Waiting for carbine announcements today, if there isn't one it's probably gonna happen this is becoming a little bit of a trainwreck :0 | ||

Development We are now in talks with Perfect Dark X to have some kind of merger or alliance for Datascape if we stay on Luminai. This seems interesting (: editedit: Looks like PDX is leaving and there's a shortage of choices for future merging/alliances | ||

Eugenic, Codex, PDX, OSS+Lokes List, IN and i wonder how many others but it looks like the population is pretty lopp-sided (lol) Actually that's every guild without a french/german/russian website that has an ohmna kill on Dominion side. I'm not sure which exile guilds transfered. Someone should go make a list on reddit for EU and US Looks like we might have a massive roster here, going from 8 warrior dps to maybe ~11 with some guys from another guild joining and a recent applicant | ||

Greetings, First of all apologies for the late reply. I wanted to say that the Live Team has been actively monitoring Megaservers population on both datacenters and as it currently stands they determined that the population is currently healthy on NA and EU PvP Megaservers. No stance change regarding PvE > PvP transfers. This is the first carbine comment i saw | ||

Codex transferred literally right before Megaserver happened, so much so that they were crying that half their guild did not make the (original) free transfer deadline. The deadline got moved and cut a third of their guild off, that wasn't really their fault. They held the decision to the last 2 days, and hey - so did PDX and IN and the people who followed them when it came to Jabbit vs Luminai | ||
