Time(including timezone) American. I live in central. Will decide based upon what's best for the group Setting: Normal fantasy. Elves, goblins, wizards etc. System: Pathfinder. Way of playing(Skype, roll20, etc...) Skype and roll20 How to contact you: PM me here on team liquid, or if I've played with you before you should have my skype. Player requirements: Anybody is welcome, but preference will be awarded to those that have played before and know they would be up to showing up to every session. Amount of players wanted: 3/4 | ||

Shadowrun campaign was awesome, I didn't have this much fun in a loong time. We got totally baited and outsmarted lol. Not even my caltrops were able to save us. Reccomend Shadowrun or indeed any DnD like thing to any and everyone. | ||

A guy summoning the spirit of his grandfather to airdrop the group into the target building. A nearly completely cybered up troll wearing two suits of armor kicking a hole in the wall on the third floor and jumping down with the LMG in one hand and a huge stolen safe (which you couldn't get open) in the other, a massively muscular orc hacker following with the spirit medium wrapped over his shoulders. The Combat Mage barely bandaging said spirit medium back from an inch of his life at the last possible second while under fire from corporate security. We had so many cool scenes in this session. I really hope that this makes you guys try to find more Pen and Paper games. Especially don't be intimidated by the role of the dm. It is a lot easier then it looks. Also, most systems are a lot less complicated then Shadowrun. Seriously, if you are interested in it, just try it. There are lots of cheap or free roleplaying systems available (a few links are in the OP, but a lot of others also exist) Just prepare a bit of story and make the rest up on the spot, and you have got yourself a oneshot. What is the worst that can happen? Apparently you can get good and fun players here on TL to be your guinea pigs. My next Oneshot will probably be Call of Cthulhu, but i am currently contemplating if i want to run the Space 1889/Cthulhu Crossover again, or if i should actually buy the Cthulhu sourcebook and go for a classical 1920s setting. | ||

Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn. I will be running a Call of Cthulhu Oneshot on Sunday, June 30th. About 14:00-16:00 CEST, and the session will last for about 4-6 hours. CoC is a horror RPG set in the 1920s as described by H.P. Lovecraft. It is distinctly different from most other PnP systems. There is a large focus on investigation and horror. The system is simple and incredibly deadly. There are Things out there, Things which are way beyond human comprehension, and against which you have no possible way of succeeding. Ancient things, things to which you, and all of humanity, are no more then a passing dream. Humanity lives in a small bubble of stability within an unrelenting universe of things that were and will be again. Knowledge of those things will drive you insane, as they are just completely irreconcilable with the way we see the universe. But your ignorance will not protect you either. Nothing can protect you against the horror from beyond. You can not win, but maybe, just maybe, you can survive. If you are very lucky. We will be playing through roll20/skype. If you are interested in joining, either send me a PM with your skype information, or contact me on skype if you have already played with me before. You can find a quickstart guide here. If you for some reason end up with the german quickstart guide, don't read the adventure at the end of it since i might be running that one (haven't decided yet). Though you should generally avoid reading adventures if you do not plan on running them yourself, you might always end up playing that one. | ||

Player requirements: None really. I am a total noob myself. so we will all have to put a little bit of work into it and actually read the Player Handbook  It would be great if I could find german players (not because I'm racist) because I am not that confident in my spoken english. If we don't get a group full of germans I will definately give english a shot though, but then you guys gotta live with some stuttering once in a while :DAlso, I would like to play about once a week. Obviously it is ok if we have to cancel once in a while, but I'd like this to be fairly regular. Amount of players: I need 3 people. The campaign is set for 4 players and a good friend of mine is already on board. | ||
