Very entertaining show. I can only see the youtube videos unfortunately so i'm a little behind.
It's like they are trying to think ahead and therefore miss nearly everything or don't do what an adventurer would normally do. Even just simple information extraction.
I.e perception checks when Neal gives hints of danger, scouting out or examining locations instead of straight up knocking on the front door every time, or just asking the most simple questions ("Who are you? Who is your master" when a speaking creature appears out of nowhere). I feel like Neil tries to give them information but they are just reluctant to get it every single time and instead try to anticipate events 10 steps ahead and make decisions based on that.
I'm always sitting here wondering why the hell they don't do the obvious and simple things to check out what's going on. It's part of the fun though. Seeing Neal deal with their playstyle is pretty hilarious as well.
