Also about this weeks ep: + Show Spoiler + I'm surprised Vince is keeping the spear, atleast for now, since I assume he's gonna be the one with the sword and after he held the hammer I doubt he's gonna wanna hold 2 of them at once in battle. Surely it would make more sense to give it to Bregor now so that it gets used to him rather than getting used to Vince then having to be given to Bregor? Plus it would probably like Bregor more since he's the Dragonslayer :D. Also, what's the other risks of using Dimensional Folding? I've looked at the spell online and everything I've seen only shows risk of aging, no other risks. I wish JP would just let us PayPal him or something for a download/torrent link of each ep, I'm happy to give him the money for no ads and no lag (even if the download was slow that'd be fine, watching it once downloaded would obviously be smooth) but I cba giving Twitch anymore money ![]() Oh well, guess I'll just have to carry on getting up at 1AM or whatever time it's on to watch it live :p.

Why do people watch this D&D show in big numbers but ignore so many others on Twitch? Is it mostly because this one has known players? Is it mostly because of nice graphics on stream? Is it mostly because people think Neil is a good DM? Is it mostly because people think the story and adventure are particularly good? Is it out of some kind of "brand loyalty"? I am really confused.

Same reason I'm not a fan of Dark Heresy or Misscliks as much as Rollplay really, Dark Heresy I don't really care as much about because I don't really like the GM/TB or WH40K in general and Misscliks because it's so slow with how long they take to decide anything and I'm not a fan of Anna or Jade. I still watch DH and Misscliks because I like Neal/JP/Gen/Steph/Inc/Wheat/Ryan but DH generally takes me a few days to actually watch one episode and Misscliks I generally watch while playing a game or browsing the internet to make the downtime less boring. Ehbon I'm still undecided on, I like all the players (although I'd have preferred it if Margaret was playing instead of Catz/Kaitlyn) but I'm undecided on JP DMing and the story/world.

I tried DH and Misclicks but I am not a fan of TB and Misclicks wasn't as cool for me (I like the fantasy realm better than the pirate realm) So thats my reasoning

I am really confused. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the people are completely new or fairly new to the whole D&D concept and thus enjoy watching it. It does help that the show has known people from X scene, experienced DM who has created enjoyable story and world.

I am finding the experience of trying to stream a RPG is making me learn a lot about what needs to be done.. there's a lot of technical and social issues beyond just setting up a webcam and running a great game and I've made great advances since I started back in August.

- playing the battle theme (that [whoever; insert name] made for them) whenever there is a battle - having a nice introduction - There is a feedback/fan thread (I'm only saying that adds a bit, not a lot) - Neal accepting and answering questions through a Q&A¹ - (Mostly) quick reactions from JP for switching to and from the battle screen/rolls page of d20.net where appropriate ¹ + Show Spoiler + Ahaha....spelling was originally Q&Q; it must be the SCII player in me

JP is a good producer, so he is good about (actually I'm going to include points I see as being related to production even if not due to JP): - playing the battle theme (that [whoever; insert name] made for them) whenever there is a bttle - having a nice introduction - There is a feedback/fan thread (I'm only saying that adds a bit, not a lot) - Neal accepting and answering questions through a Q&A¹ - (Mostly) quick reactions from JP for switching to and from the battle screen/rolls page of d20.net where appropriate ¹ + Show Spoiler + Ahaha....spelling was originally Q&Q; it must be the SCII player in me I definitely agree. I didn't tick it because that wasn't as important to me as the rest of the points. But now that i think about it while reading your post, it should've been ticked.

Geoff wanted to kill her and I think he could've had his speech been better. She might end up making another appearance though and I guess that it's an interesting plot line.
