Pokémon which have been transferred from Generation V using Pokémon Bank are not allowed. You can breed these Pokémon to raise a new Pokémon, but you cannot use the Pokémon that were transferred.
nmd reread section 9 The rules state it needs to be in the Kalos Dex, which is different than Kalos native. The blue pentagon thing indicates it is Kalos native / "okay to play" (bred / caught)
Think there will be a rule change in 2015 removing the Kalos dex rule most likely. Otherwhys no point in having the pentagon

well sure.
I guess even in BW, the first season of VGC was BW only I think. The one after was anything goes except for banned pokemon.
Battle spot / random battling probably wont allow any non pentagon pokemon though, and it doesnt have the kalos dex restriction. Only this tournament / special battle season 2 does.

Finally finished my Baton Pass Team =) The fatal flaw on this particular team is (quite hilariously) that I have nothing to hit Shedinja.
I probably won't be breeding for quite some time, but when I do, it will be for VGC Doubles. I'm thinking of either a Sand Team or a goodstuff team based around VoltTurn. Does anyone have any good ideas for doubles teams?

Don't under estimate malamar as a threat with a baton pass team 
I quite like Sap sipper Goodra / Florges for doubles although it has its draw backs.

How do some people know the exact value of their IV's that are non-maxed? I've seen some posts on reddit trading threads and that is something I've wondered.

When you are dealing with bred pokemon solely for which slots have 31s.. you talk to this guy on the left side of the pokemon center in Kiloude city. He will more or less tell you which stats have 31s if you are breeding with 31-iv parents.

oh.. you can rare candy and use a calculator. You then reset so you get those candies back.

So by luck I ended up finishing my Beldum Project about 10 eggs after asking for help. On the other hand, I right now have 14 4 IV beldums of various spreads for trade. I also have 13 Togepis with 4 IVs.
If anyone wants I'm looking for good spreads on the following:
Bagon with HA
Venipede with HA
Ferroseed with Stealth Rock
if u don't have any of these but are still interested, let me know what u have cause I might find something I like.

You can also go to battle institute in lumiose. They scale your pokemons til level 50, so easy to check decently accurate IVs. Just save before you start and restart when you're done checking.

Hmm,, nothing too useful. Marvel Scale Dratini and Gale Wings Fletch are the only things i have that can't be found just like that, but with no IV's to mention. I haven't had the time to sit down and breed perfect pokes yet. That will have to wait untill the holidays.

Okay so how I have two flawless adamant tyrogues I want to turn into hitmontops.
They have 31 def and atk ivs.. but they are adamant.
So can someone help me out with the easiest way for me to get them even at level 20 to evolve into a hitmontop. Do I need to EV train defense slightly and then use reset bags or something after they evolve?
