Brace for it, that seems to be the only solution right now. Move out troops.
Diplomacy seems to be the safe bet for right now. And don't tell them that we are engaged in a war with SWolf, that is the last thing we need right now is to fight a two front war.

it seems i ATTACKED a GIRL Lol, 100% these internet thugs will "protect" her, fuck he sent another attack hitting in 4 hours so im guessing its horses... i attacked the girl for like 500 resources, i figured her alliance was so far away didnt think they would take the time to come out for me tt i guess horses are huge adv ;o

Pffft, I eat weak alliances like GIROK for breakfast :o. And it's not only me, Ascelon or ROM can also singlehandedly take down SWolf/GIROK, if they actually fight. And I think SWolf has stopped raiding us.
Since you attacked them first, retaliation is expected from them, so I would just dodge these attacks. Tell them that if they try to attack you anymore, they can expect retribution from tl.net1.

Um, yes. Please read the wiki about the units for your own race.
Praes = anti-infantry
Legs = anti-calvary
Chances are, you don't want to reinforce using Praes. If your friend's neighbor is attacking him, you probably won't get your praes there in time. If some guy 8 hours away is coming to attack, it's probably not infantry that's coming.

allright it was a good day for me. i found an inactive with a huge resource pool (ive been raiding it all day) and have amassed 25 clubbers. now my pop is maxed, so i need to build something. how should i proceed (i'm at 70 pop, food limit at 97). is it best to up fields at this point, or invest in infrastructure? all of my fields @ 3 except 1 iron field at 2, and a crop at 4
