im pretty sure the only way to check on something like that is to watch a single IP to see who logs onto it.

Don't upgrade main first, first get resources. Treat the fields as scvs or something. Wait until you are lv 2 on every field to upgrade the main.

Build order:
Do 1 each of wood iron and clay first, then get 4 crop fields to lv1. repeat.

I've created a dummy village called TeamLiquid where I'm just building the embassy. It'll get raided to shit but I'm not really concerned with how much resources it has. We can just trade resources to it if we need them.
