I think we should make several people alliance leaders. There is a reason why the biggest alliance is only 18 member. It takes extra resources for just Steve to upgrade his embassay over and over.

Let's start with a few alliances, all coalitioned under TL.net and as we get stronger, put everyone under one alliance.
