If NiP loses this Bo3 to Envy, do they get another Bo3 against them? Seems only fair because Envy got to go to the lower bracket when they lost their Bo3 instead of being eliminated outright.

Edit: Seems like the only advantage NiP gets for not losing a Bo3 and staying in the Winner's Bracket the whole time is getting to choose what side they want on merely the first map. What a lame advantage.

It's not that simple. For instance the M4A1 can be quite good spraying through smoke since they are silent and leave no tracers. You also got to be aware that round certain corners, the silencer can also reveal your spot when it normally would not.

Silenced allows for sneaky plays, has accuracy on the first bullets as well as less recoil. On the downside, it has few bullets total and in the magazine, making it harder to stop rushes if you play close positions, and it is impossible to spam walls and smokes with it. Basically what Capped said, plus if you like to play sneaky positions you definitely want the silenced one.
My advice would be to go with the dankest skin, because skins make you play better as it is widely known. I fucking love my assimov.
