I gotta say, the players I've been matched with have been reasonably competent. ie: they call strats, know locations, understand what an eco round is, etc. Sure, I only played lower leagues CAL in source, but I've been impressed with the crowd in the game thus far. I'd say they are a pretty good crowd to balance the game. (Not that they shouldn't have as many top tier players in as possible) I don't get the selection process though, I submitted to it forever ago and just got a key last week. Try poking everyone you know, they seem to give out an extra key to everyone who gets in. | ||

Also wish they'd up casual to BO20 or something, BO10 ends too quickly, the game just gets going and it ends. Not that I play that by default, but whenever I just press find match when I don't care what I get i nearly always get Casual- Train for some reason. | ||

SirScoots was streaming a few nights earlier this week. He's a featured 'misc' stream on twitch when he does. Check out his VODs on twitch, they show the game is progressing nicely, even for scoots' more competitive posse. Also, who on TL can we lobby for a subforum? | ||

I'll be streaming whenever I can in the evenings, I'll be playing ESEA pugs or competitive-mode games. I'm not sure the rules on advertising streams or whatever, as I don't care how many viewers I have, I do it for fun. If you're interested in how the game plays so far in more organized mindsets, you can check me out @ www.twitch.tv/vzamaedi And as far as the servers being laggy, I haven't seen any issues, but I've only been playing on ESEA servers. I was getting some lag earlier in their normal servers, but I can't confirm if was their end or not. | ||
