On average your opponents will get just as many idiots as your team in your skill group. If you are better than other people there then you will eventually skill up. It might be frustrating but if you are always near the top of the scoreboard on your team then you will be going into the gold ranks soon. | ||

After watching Destiny play in silver quite a bit, I can assure you that if you just focus on your aim and become semi decent you'll never be in silver again. You should be happy than you only have to focus on one thing at the moment, you don't even care about your teammates, just play safe, and kill things that peek you. Make sure you're playing with good mouse settings (no accel, relatively low sens), practice in DM or kill bots daily, and you'll get promoted regardless of who you're matched with. It'll only get harder to improve as you rank up, as the aim discrepancy between players will reduce drastically and you'll have to get edges via game sense or game knowledge. | ||

Pretty much agreeing with what Nimix said. You can just outaim everyone in silver and gold. Keep your crosshair at head level and keep your crosshair where the enemies will be coming from. | ||
