-communicate -are familiar with the concept of eco -do not start begging to get kicked after 2 lost rounds/start screaming at the top of their lungs (I am hesitant to block them because there is a chance they'll calm down and have actual useful things to say) -is friendly/forgiving for noob mistakes, it is nova I after all. The other times everyone just spreads out on the map DM style and starts flaming in to the third round and when we eventually win a round everyone buys AWP without armor or anything even though they are clueless with it and just end up handing them out to the opposition(a reason I never buy awp is that I am aware how useless I would be with it). Even better, I had a match where all four of my teammates were silent for the entire game and wouldn't react to anything I asked via mic or typing, but when the final score screen showed up all of them started wailing and the namecalling... I try to organise sessions with friends but with jobs and families its really hard and its a shitty feeling when I get around to playing CS that the team experience is so bad. I have never left a competitive match or initiated a kick vote because I don't want to ruin the game for others and myself with a 5v4. Does anyone have a surefire way to mentally overcoming the drag that this causes? Cheers. | ||
