T's have a lot more strategies given the new secret area being added. I dunno about that. Was watching a pro-match yesterday (i think it was recorded), but commentators mentioned that first half round, CT has to get to 11 rounds in first half to have a pretty secure win in 2nd half (due to switch).

It happens, but only rarely. In fact, a lot of the times, the best teamwork has come from a group of solos. In such teams between people who never met each other before, I'll see them freely giving each other drops. And winning between a 5 man team and a group of randoms is about 50/50, which is about right. You are complaining about being in a group of randoms. Seriously, nobody on either side wants to hear it. You are making your own team worse by complaining. They are right. So suck it up. Strangely enough, some of the worse is when you are grouped with a team of 2 or 3, since for whatever reason, they seem to think this gives them both the ability to give calls and endlessly complain about teamwork. But really, my experience has been nowhere near as bad as you make out. I don't care about being in a group of randoms, I expect it. I also expect the other team to be the same though, not a 5man group pre-organized to do ranked and stomp random people thrown together on the spot. That shouldn't be allowed ever, period. If you wanna queue with 4 other friends and have a full team you must fight other teams doing the same, and they should expect to fight 5man teams just the same. Idk the toxicity I experienced in that single night of competitive is more than I can really remember ever having in 1.6 or condition zero or even TF2. Community has gone downhill a ton.

Or if they use smurfs, so you don't get a balanced team on your own side. Also except from what I heard from LoL not a lot of games enforce such rules (that you cannot queue on normal queue with a full stack). In SC2 RT vs AT was (is?) possible, in Dota2 5stack vs 5 randoms is possible, ...

I read rumors that they had a Team MM client on DH for CSGO. So they're working on it. I would also like to add that the competitive MM in CSGO is nothing compared to competitive MM in Dota2; since casual CSGO is an utter joke compared to casual Dota2 (which uses the same ruleset as competitive Dota2).

Why couldn't they do it with CS:GO? Dota2 matches you with other people who Q'd together too. It will place you with randoms as only a very last resort. meaning you agree it's okay as a very last resort. But okay, I don't wanna get into such a pointless argument so, in terms of the issue at hand, iirc Valve had an update months ago that improved ranked matchmaking and pitting five-man stacks against a team of five randoms. It's possible your teams aren't a team of five randoms but made up of people who queued together with one or two randoms. Either that or it was... a very last resort. Unfortunately, CS:GO doesn't have the player base that DotA2 has so you'll more often play against at least partial stacks. But CS:GO is also entirely different from DotA in that stacks matter a lot less at this level since the "support" role is a lot more intricate than the support role in DotA and people just end up not having support roles at all at the lower levels, meaning you just have completely useless bottom fraggers that you can pick on. At least in DotA, you can buy wards, couriers, etc. as a feeding support, but in CS:GO, at the lower levels, most people don't know how to smoke or flash properly (in fact, you see a lot of people flashing their own team), so having a stack doesn't matter all that much. It starts mattering more at the higher levels when people actually know how to play, but solo queueing is more uncommon at those ranks.

Sure the MM system isn't perfect, but I rather have quick games to help me get better then waiting for hours so that the MM system could give me the "prefect" match. At least CSGO have a matchmaking and we can finally play competitive (even if you're not good) without the hassle that it was in previous games.

From my experience though, matchmaking seems to be really good. 90% of the time you have really balanced teams rank-wise. To be honest, I don't think I can ask for more.
