This matching is bound to happen when you play with friends with higher differences in rank, or the other team is playing with friends with higher differences in rank. You force MM to match you with others with those ranks. The opposing team's LEM looks to be having a bad day as well, since he wasn't top fragging.

This usually happens because the legendary eagle master is queued with the low rank person. It seems the MMR system likes to balance that against other large MMR range parties. As in, the system doesn't just add up everyone's individual MMR and match it against another team with the same total MMR, but instead tries to match similar team compositions.

Dont play with randoms/ start to play vs nonrandoms. CS becomes more of a teamgame the higher you climb, since pure aim isnt enough at one point. Try to play with a somewhat konsistent team (doesnt always have to be the exact same guys, but like 5 out of 15) and start playing against teams that are non random/just partial random sinceit is very hard to improve while playing only vs weaker opponents (source: history of most NA-based E-sports teams/players. If there isnt a big enough scene in NA, those teams usually struggle more to compete against EU)

We kicked the 5th on our team (in that ss) because all he did was buy a deagle then run at the enemy and immediately die, even when the rest of us told him to stop being an idiot. We still tied. It's hard being support or entry when the rest of your team is being stupid. Entry is the worst. You go in, do well but have noone following you up so land up just dying for nothing.

Can someone tell me what actions are bannable by the system (competitive) ? Apparently, a guy can knife2 me down while running from the start. But I cannot kill that faggot at the next round?

You're only allowed to do a certain amount of damage before you get kick/banned for 30 mins at first offense. Best thing to do in that situation is to suck it up and just report the guy for griefing. He'll eventually get banned by overwatch. Ofc it's not the same satisfying feeling because you don't see it happen, but it will only make him enjoy it more to see you get kicked for revenge tk. If you really want to kill him, do it during the middle of the round when you're out of spawn. I don't think you can do too many consecutive hits, so at most, just follow him and bait him, or just shoot him in the back of the head as he's engaging the other team. But note he could also report you for griefing and you can get banned by overwatch too.

If you kill a teammate in your spawn you get kicked right away. Otherwise there's a certain amount of "accidental damage" you can do before getting banned.

Hehe, yeah that was me It was de_nuke before the transporter (dont even know if you can hide in it in CS:GO; the one before you leave the gates) on T spawn where he dmged me with the knife. Next round I killed him immediately as he was coming knifing at me in the spawn. Just found it strange since (to me) there is no "accidental damage" within the first 10-20sec of the match (depending on the map / location of course).
