Hmm I knew OCEAN a IGL from NA lead some very promosing talents back in the day but honestly after some searching around he has played with Twistzz, EliGE, Stewie2k from the top teams but also players like jdm64, Relyks, Brehze and stanislaw.

So idk if this is the right place to put this but...

I'm getting really low fps from my computer on csgo. Like 80-120.

My specs are

i5-6500 @3.2ghz
GTX 1070
16 GB ram

It wasn't as bad until a few months ago. I noticed the FPS drop but I've been playing other games and have been too lazy to try and fix it. I should definitely be getting more than 80-120 with my setup but i'm a tech noob so to speak so i'm not really sure where to start looking for fixes. My drivers seem to be up to date.

Often when stuff like that happens it's because of some sort of update to the performance of the game. In can reduce the performance of the game with some specific hardware components significantly. Your best bet is probably to write a ticket and hope it gets fixed sometime soon...

This is pretty massive dayum, if FaZe don't manage to win something big in the next 2 tournaments I don't see Karrigan holding his spot, maybe even already after IEM o.o

Im inclined to agree, but hes not there for the fragging, and for sure at the major he shit the bed tactically, but here on overpass the individual play and decision making was really sad on the CT side from what are supposed to be two for the worlds top 5 players.

I don't think you can pinpoint that just on karrigan and so simply. One of the key question remains why NiKo falters in finals. He's done exactly that against Cloud9 on Inferno in the major finals. He's done it again here.

Insane win from fnatic! Yes the feels are so real when you have followed these teams for some time!

Soooo damn sick and OMG flusha.... He is the man you want on a final map that was sick.

Those aces will haunt FaZe forever :p

RIP karrigan, I hope they still have faith as a team. That last map is just unfortunate ^^
flusha being that clutch for his team... He even dropped the ball once when he failed to kill the defuser from upper but still that was close really even after missing his first peek entirely. NiKo picked it up abit after that but flusha on overtime outdid FaZe entirely.

I wonder if teams are downright better or the fact that SK and Faze have dropped down a little bit meant that the other teams caught up with those 2.

Of course probably both, but Mouz, Fnatic, NaVi, TL and Astralis are playing a lot better, well Mouz has been on the rise for some time, but still... i guess the first is the bigger reason.

Some players mentioned that FaZe aggression was surprising before, not so much now, and that they play too risky or too greedy off of it. Used to work, but less now and teams have adapted.

Lurppis had a nice tweet about NiKos performance in Grand Finals and generally he has put up numbers when odds are against him but of course these moments aren't as impactful. Compare that to flusha... =P FaZe lost their mojo after so long like many teams do after dominating their uprise. NIP did it through sheer individual prowess of their players. The core kept up and the NIP magic really kept our dreams alive. They were so clutch individually. Then fnatic with their Inferno domination, also very much so the explosive potential of individual moments on key rounds was insane. Then of course frencz sczne. Much can be said of the rise of LG/SK with the arrival of fnx and TACO. They as a whole just come up huge and recognize that if they individually did their own part the team would work. The rise of midround aggression as CT to gain information as a team was new at the time. Honestly on a side note I think the whole IBP ban and LG to NA has done the scene a lot of good. Players from C9, TL and Riptic are all aggro players with the Brazilian tactical aggressive style. Of course Im now only mentioning these teams but Astralis under karrigan, VP and NaVi have all had their moments of shine. The rise of maikelele teams and more centralization of money through massive league schedules have pro teams just gathering up talents. Mouz Faze and Hellraisers are doing pretty well tbh. FPL training has helped English communication a lot for these teams. Anyhow I do hope NiKo and co will find confidence and try to play some inspired CS. I don't like the whole monitization of teams but it's good for CS and I wish the players all the best. And with money maybe some crazy richboi could come in and throw some money and have a go at moneyballing with HLTV potentially providing a ton of stats and assets.

Honestly looking forward to Optics new lineup. I'm actually really happy to see stanlislaw lead a group of Danes. Im also hoping Shazam has picked up some tactical knowledge from sean. Which in turn could provide more space for konfig or gade to take some shine for themselves. I think canjunb has been wanting to rifle so these days teams like to have their anchors be able to awp anyways so cajun can pick up the dirty work. He's reliable in that sense but hopefully he can gain some confidence against these weaker teams but still face the passive aggressive teams like Cloud9 and SK.

Also surprising is Space Soldiers. If they can make Inferno their strong suite then they are in the mouz category of making it big this season. Big failed last season and ex6stenz failed with LDLC, albeit on Train that season.
