Honestly, just being in someone's chat... while I think it's weird I'm not sure if it should be enough evidence of ghosting, especially looking at how infrequently Twitch updates the list and viewcounts.

What I love about the NA scene is this repeating cycle that occurs every year where NA pros get this mystified revelation that their scene is fucked up and then knee jerk make tweets about it. Then they do fucking nothing about it or rather they're too dumb to actually fix the problems. Meanwhile, we see Euro teams making legit moves towards treating the game as a job (Astralis getting fixed office schedule for practice, etc etc).

I used to blame the culture in american video game communities and ESEA environment, but this is getting too insipid; The real core of the problem is our current wave of NA pros are, for lack of a better term, morons. We tried making excuses and subsequent suggestions for fixing their woes (Souma tried really hard at this and so did I). And we'll get to enjoy them doing the same fuckups as they did in 2016, 2015, and before as they cry about it on twitter and their twitch streams. No amount of negging by Moses, Thorin, etc will fix this basic dilemma unless Scientists invent a magic pill that can boost IQ permanently.

edit: calling the current NA pros morons is simplistic/"toxic" at best, but its the easiest way to describe their careers at the moment. To go in depth with this angle would require long form discussions on the breakdown of the Kwa

Wow, Liquid is getting dominating. Nitr0 is playing pretty badly. I don't know why Rush and mixwell is replacing pimp and JDM when nitr0 is the one who has been struggling for about a year.
