I've definitely lost some money (sold a ~46 rarity gold ring for 3 chaos T_T), but overall setting b/o is good because you sell more often. set clear currency guidelines; I accept most currency which does mean I have a shitton of regrets, but that's fine in the long run. People are more comfortable buying if they don't always have to unload chaos. try and be online a lot, even if you have to do stuff just afk. people will msg u offers and you can get back to them you need a lot of stash tabs. try and keep your shop clean (remove sold items), but this is pretty tedious. don't be a dick. seems obvious but yeah. There are a lot of other approaches to selling (flipping items, spamming trade chat with macros are 2 other common techniques), but I like the clear b/o shop approach. It takes a decent amount of effort, but is a consistent source of money. Since I'm in a softcore league, you have to start as early as possible because the items will only get better and better. Oh yeah, and if TL people need any of my crap I'll sell it for cheap. | ||

Should have looked at tactics first, didn't know that blood rain thing you were supposed to run to him, just ran around/stood there spamming heal pots :D. 30%hp left on phase 3 isn't terrible for a first try though I guess. Didn't plan on making the same spec again when I died but I was still enjoying it upto that point and I found a spare leap slam/lmp/faster attacks so will probably give it another try again. Not at home atm to check but what level can I start using lmp/faster attacks? Edit: I mean faster projectiles, not faster attacks. | ||
