The tree has a total of 46% reduced available. With a 30% "reduced" node, you could cast auras for 24% of 60% (aka about 15%) further reduced by a reduced mana gem to about 10-11%. With the 30% "less" node you can cast auras for (.6*.54*.7) AKA 22% further reduced by a reduced mana gem to about 15%. While this effect is less obvious in builds that don't stack 46% reduced reservation (aka all of them cuz thats very very expensive), it is still present. | ||

I'm not touching that side of the tree atm until I see how the builds play out how bad is the cleave nerf? multiplicative reduction to phys damage seems like it'd scale down cleave a lot end game but it'd still be fine early game. thinking of leveling as phys cleave until I can use multistrike | ||
