In the low level maps(66-68/69) just transmute and alt them till you have on of these rolls, or a combination:
20-50% monster pack size <--- suffix 20-50% magic monsters <--- suffix 20-50% rare monsters <--- suffix Area is 20-50% larger <--- prefix Area contains 2 unique bosses <--- prefix Maze <--- prefix
these ones don't effect the quantity( or very low)
If you want high quantity:
20-25% increased monster attack/movement/cast speed (23%) <--- prefix 25-35% increased monsster damage(18%) <--- prefix Players are cursed with Warlord's Mark(18%) <--- suffix Recover Life, Mana, and Energy Shield 50% Slower(30%) <--- suffix Players cannot regenerate Life or Mana(30%) <--- suffix
These are the good rolls imo.
It really depends of what kind of build you are playing, some won't choose the no regen life/mana but for a bloodmagic+ vaal pact player its free 30% quantity
I mostly go for the packsize/magic/rare suffix because it will also increase your XP
and for the prefix you might want to get the high quantity %

sold the staff for orbs worth ~ 8-8.5 gcp. so the whole deal ended up to be a 1 socket queens decree for ~10gcp worth. awesome !
also think im getting ready to run more maps.(esp after getting 2-3 more needed things)

On HC I'm still an act and a half away from maps. On SC I have a character that is good for maps but I've been playing HC lately.

Wont be on for much until wednesday but then all my exams are done and i have a lot of time! Be ready for some HC-maps :D

What do people usually look for in a belt? The life and resist looks okay.

You grab it when you get there, unless you have good mana + regen on your gear. Then you can pick Mana Flows and respec out of it later.
But even a 3L is hard to support without BM. You can run a 4L including mana leech up to lvl ~60, but that's about it. LMP + LA + LoHit is all you need.

They can only have their max of each charges.. =/

Except they would only get 3 of each =) There are also gloves that have conduit on them. Should be worth it in a group.

Well my HC mara uses conduit, all three charges and vit/determ/haste.
