My build is a templar version of his lol, His tree has 31% projectile damage that I don't have but mine has much more damage scaling going on via ele nodes. I don't know his gear though so I can't say too much about that, which that obviously has a large impact. Once I get ele damage on as much of my gear as I can along with an even better bow, I should potentially out dps him. | ||

Projectile damage is an additional multiplier so it is better to have a mixture both for maximum dps. 31% projectile damage should be worth more than 31% WED since there are fewer options for projectile damage. You also get higher WED from skillpoints than Projectile (10 versus 8 I think) though so it's a hard comparison to make without end game gear numbers. The shock duration will suffer since you're doing less damage, but you need to be able to support the mana cost for it to matter and chain makes that cost pretty absurd. | ||
