seriously? Of course it is red, but it is still quite disgusting.
This is just sad, in soccer it's obvious that some people will fake some real looking injuries and take 1 or 2 cheap shots in the heat of the battle for the ball but this is just neither of those, these 2 players from Sevilla should be punished, what a way to ruin a game.
And well yes that was an obvious red card regardless if the ref saw the arousing or not.
I agree, there should be a post-game punishment for incidents like this one, such a behaviour should not be tolerated.
After going back and watching some United games...holy shit Phil Jones is so good. Never got to watch any EPL games until lately, so missed him before he came to United, was he always so good going forward?
anyone who tried getting someone else booked or whine to the referee to influence a decision should be punished.
Rugby is fantastic that only the captain can speak to the ref and any decisions explained to the captain. The way forward, football should be exactly the same!!!

Yeah Rugby is just so much better. The referee just doesn't take any back-chat and the players respect that and get on with the game.

They've been trying to enforce it for ages lol.
They need to stop trying, and actually do it. Start with a yellow for any player that surrounds the attempts to influence the referee. A few games of 20 yellows and a few reds.. The players will soon learn.

Remember all that crap of getting the Premier League players to come and sign a "respect charter"? It was the biggest joke ever.
