Basically it was like one of the worst games ever played in Champions League. Both teams were disgustingly slow, erratic and clueless how to build up successful offensive action. Two best players on the pitch - Ranocchia and Celustka - are both defenders, which says something. Pazzini and Milito failed to deliver in positions that Eto'o would score with his penis if he was still there. But again, whenever the match is godawful, the luckier and better-motivated team shall win. So in the end, the decisive goal was indeed a mixture of accidental luck and skill, since the guy slid and fell while shooting. Well, at least it was the right guy, since Celustka was rocking the pitch anyway.

Someone wrote a great piece on some of Inter's woes in the season here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2011/sep/15/gian-piero-gasperini-internazionale-inter. Essentially, given that many of Inter's players are losing their ability due to their age they haven't been as effective. But more importantly, their manager seems to be attempting to force onto a team a tactical formation which doesn't suit them at all which might explain why Milito and Pazzini did not play as well.

Judging from the highlights I have seen (so I don't know much about his performance in the rest of the game haha), he was standing just far enough from Cardozo that any closer would have been 'foul proximity' where Cardozo could have sold a flop quite convincingly. At the end of the day, it was simply a brilliant pass and a great finish that Evans could not have done too much to stop. hardly just that But the Cardozo goal does highlight a few things. If your arguement is that there isnt "much" he couldve done well thats not right, unless you consider that hes just not that good. Do you really see a Vidic loosing ground like that to anyone and not atleast having a chance to block ? (maybe torress in his prime but I digress). Anyway getting Evans isolated is just the whole defenses mistake not his. Not taking anything away from Benfica ofcourse. I think they were the better team on the balance of play although it swung quite often, Frankly I couldnt care less who they play but Johny Evans just on the basis of the performance hes had the last few seasons is not a defender that deserves to start over some of the really good kids theyve had come up.

He answered "Me silban porque soy guapo, rico y un gran futbolista, porque me tienen envidia" (They whistle me because i am handsome, rich and a great player. People are envious of me ). Ronaldo making friends all over the world xDDD What a tool. That's absolutely NOT the reason. It's because of his shitty personality. You don't see other similar players being whistled at the way he does. It's cause he can be a cunt, which he just so perfectly exemplified with that statement.

To be fair the guy has been asked that question a million times, he was bound to answer like that eventually.
