Yeah what a ridiculous stat. 90% of fans surveyed by some small authority. People enjoy the sport, its fun to support a team and if you are gonna support a team you would obviously choose one with good players and are competitive. If you don't follow football you'd have no idea who the hell rayo vallecano is but you'd definitely know the big name clubs like barcelona. Glory hunters are annoying, but believe me the joy you feel when your team goes through a low period then works hard and achieves something is a lot higher than someone who just picked who they want to back in the final based on reputation. See everyone who supports spain ;P

He said before the semi: "Let me be honest, I don't think the final will be a Real Madrid/Chelsea final. It could be Bayern or Barcelona, I just don't think i t will be Real Madrid v Chelsea and we know why." Oh you were 100% correct prophet mourinho.

Makes a nice change from the saggy faced, pissed off with life, frustrated bald 40 year old males you usually see when you look at staff on the bench. 2-5 odds JT has already slept with her or will do so in the next 2 years..

The last really good English manager was Bobby Robson. It's not surprising an English manager has never won the Premiership. O you mean the players that everyone raves about now (but barely talked about before he got there) in the team he put together on a relative shoestring and took from bottom of the table to Champions league football? I dont know about who should be England manager , but Redknapp is pretty good and not really over rated at all.

I'm just glad Redknapp didn't get it as he is tactically inept and talked far too much to the media about the England job, like he assumed he had it in the bag already. I'm sure anyone who followed Spurs' last 10-12 games closely will know. Playing incredibly bad formations and Lennon/Bale in the wrong positions or the same old vdV>Defoe 75 minute sub every single game. Hodgson isn't much better, but at least he's managed at international level before, and also took Fulham to the EL finals.

Cristiano scores a lot of goals against lesser teams in the spanish league, but He scores less in other competitions. And He gives half assists that Messi (Messi give lot of Goal Assists to the team). And 1/4 goals from Cristiano are Penalti.

They just got permission to talk to him I agree with the opinion that FA just want 'to talk to him' to see how the public would react to them because they are so spineless. I'd prefer hodgson over a guy who got off tax evasion claiming its his dogs and he cant read.

Most of Ronaldos goals in La Liga come against the top 6 teams, most of Messi's come for the bottom. You're right about Europe this year though.

Eithier of the two would be the best option. Hodgson has made a team like Fulham get to the EL final and also top 10 with no money compared to other teams while Redknapp when flirting with the England job, Spurs have gone on a really bad run.
