However, I'm really dissapointed that MAdrid were so bad in this game, and I also feel that Robben and Ribery could have been sent off, and certainly Marcelo. I saw Barca score a goal where someone shot under Messi's (offside) legs and it went in and the goal was given too. I was under the impression that as long as the ball does not touch the offside player and he makes no attempt to play the ball it's fine. To be honest none of the goals were actually good looking goals, I guess that's what you expect when you have such top class keepers as in that game. I think RM will win at the Bernabeu 2-1 and then will score the winning goal in extra time.

I was under the impression that if an offside player influences play in any way (such as giving the impression that he's going to do something, causing defenders/keepers to move) then it's an offsides play.

Both Ronaldo and Ozil were onside when the ball was played in initially then Ronaldo passes the ball back to Ozil who finishes... Anyway hopefully Real Madrid get the job done because Bayern's defence is still not at the required levels.

And I'm agreeing with you , the goal in question was the Bayern goal, but the players weren't complaining, would't have made a difference IMO.

Good game overall, even though I would like Bayern to make it to the finals, I can't see them Madrid still has that away goal and in the Bernabeu its gonna be tough.
