Invalid vote? Are you assuming these were just not allowed by the evil overlord of FIFA, or do you actually have some evidence that these weren't the Netherlands just fucking up their vote?

Do you know how many goals has he scored against the big four in the island? I don't have the exact number atm, but it's something close to 15. 15 goals in 6 years? Almost all of his goals were scored in convincing ManU victories over weaker teams. Messi has scored 13 goals only vs Real, not even counting the other derbies. His weak mentality clearly shows in the champions league scorer sheet, where every team is somewhat strong and willing for a fight. Messi has scored 49 goals and Cr7 only 34 and he's 3 years older than Leo. Also, as a last jab against his fans I'll leave this,xP ![]()

I watch almost every Barca game and I don't see him as being a leader for the team. Ronaldo has in 3 seasons almost got up to the amount of goals Lionel Messi has scored in 7 seasons, Messi scores more in the champions league but scores less in the Spanish league which shouldn't make sense because the teams he is playing are far easier then in the champions league. I agree that he hasn't been as good against Barca, but not against other top teams, and recently he's clearly fixed whatever mental block he had because he's scored in his last 3 - 4 games against them. Also he's clutch when he needs to be:

Reina then get's up and moves his head towards Perch's, Perch goes down. Perch got a yellow for the trip, Reina a red for the 'headbutt.' Bit pathetic really.

Kenny, along with basically every player except Suarez, Enrique, Gerrard and maybe Reina/Skrtel/Johnson should leave if Liverpool want to ever reach their "usual" level again.

We all know they're top votes for that year were sniejder. Yet their top votes were invalid and that's the same year fifa changed the format of the ballon d'or and added the opportunity for players and coaches to put their vote in. Also, i dont care about ronaldo. I just felt Sniejder deserved atleast a top 3 spot with xavi and iniesta that year.

While I agree with Sneijder being the player who deserved the ballon d'or most in 2010 (CL with Inter, WC finals with the Netherlands) or maybe Iniesta (deciding goal @WC finals) their votes were invalid cause they voted for their own coutrymen (Sneijder/Robben) which - as far as I know - isn't allowed (at least for players/coaches, for journalists it doesn't seem to matter)
