In an SF milestone, and after a fair bit of effort, I've finally start hitting DP -> FADC -> Ultras with Cammy.

I switched from her to T Hawk a while ago, but still, feels good to finally begin to get that.

Interesting tournament, but they were putting me to sleep with all the blazblue exhibitions etc. I'm always skeptical of a tournament that has to call itself a major.

Oh Happy Medicine is from your area? He played really well. I'm just disappointed Seattle's best player Bokkin was playing so poorly. He was dropping so many combos, I don't remember him dropping a single combo when I played him last week.

Blazblue is pretty popular over here in Seattle so I guess there was enough of a crowd to get somewhat hype over those exhibitions. But I agree with you, it was putting me to sleep lol.

Oh well, at least Marvel was hype. Rowtron was so close! ><

Yea Jakob is from Louisiana. For us, it's only surprising to see him do well because he's one of the biggest chokers out there. In long mm sets he's a monster, but doing all those FT5's and FT10's spoiled him so he's not great at adjusting in 2 out of 3 quick enough.

Tournament jitters ate up Bokkin I guess, they get to everybody eventually.

Wasnt surprised to see a good marvel tournament in Seattle, it's always been a hot spot.

I was at NW majors and i didnt like the exhibitions either but aksys sponsored the event so it would be messed up if they didnt show blazblue. they also showed tekken hybrid.

Marvel was really hype though. i really wanted rattana or rowtron to win. seattle needs more attention in the fgc

Yeah DP, fadc backward, immediate ultra 1 will land about 3 hits including the strongest last hit. It does maybe 2/3 of the full animation damage.
