I'm sure the game itself will be stealthy. The hitman trailers in the past haven't really focused on the planning/stealth aspect of the game, they're more to get people excited about how baller 47 is.

I personally think that the gameplay is just from the first level. In blood money the first map was just for training, although it could be played as silent assassin. But I'm trusting what the spokesman said about being truthful for the hardcore fans and I bet it won't be just shooting and taking hostages all the time :D

So apparently i am the only one who quit the first installment of this great series out of boredom in the jungle level and never touched another hitman game ever since...

what i saw in the trailer was just uncharted 2 with hitman skins...

wtf? is the trailer live action? Or is it just that i've never seen newer game trailers, beats any of that dreamworks shit anyway.

So stoked for hitman 5, loved blood money, i really hope they include alot more variety and incoporate the environment even more, like have more falling/breakable stuff per level instead of just a glass bottomed pool for example. Would be great if you could shoot the ceiling and parts of it would fall down unto the target, that's pretty lame actually but i hope the environment's more interactive

I was so excited when I heard they were making another. Not sure how I feel about the instinct part (and wtf was that about reading people's thoughts in the interviews?)

Too bad they won't be using the newspapers anymore, I really liked that even though it was repetitive (was hoping that they would just right more so you would get a variety).

Hoping everything is a little more realistic, it always bothered me that there was a pool of blood and no one notices lol but whatever it's a game I suppose.

I feel like Hitman series is one of those games which is actually bottled necked by technology. Compared to when agent 47 first came out, programers have the ability to truly create the famous open world scenarios that Hitman was famous for. IM SO STOKED.

btw for the gameplay preview...REALLY?! REALLY?! WTF. Im dissappointed : ( it looks like splinter cell with a change of character. Whered the old changing costumes, piano wire, and huge maps go?!

they used the evil word when describing the game: more "accessible" :<

i really liked the style of the other hitmans, being thrown into a large environment and now go figure how you can kill your target and get away alive. if they dumb this down to linear gameplay and obvious solutions i will be really angry.

I think Splinter Cell wil have a better story, from the books, and maybe more linear gameplay fits it better but I definitely agree. From what I remember, Hitman is one of the few stealthy games where if you fuck up you can still continue, because you aren't limited to a certain way and as soon as you fail it ends the mission. That gave it a really nice and almost real feel to it.
