BL1 has explosive as a pure elemental type. BL2 does not. BL2 is still really good. i'm not like many in here who have the mentality of a 5 year old that when 1 game is better than the other game "totally fuckin' sucks nOOb crap moron garbage". just my perspective on BL1 being SOMEWHAT BETTER than BL2. who said "totally fuckin' sucks nOOb crap moron garbage" or something even remotely similar?

It's definitely not for everyone, as it's more of a 2 hour experience than a game, but not having had a clue about what it was about, I quite enjoyed my time with it. Probably best to be played in the late evening. Definitely worth 2 bucks.I thought it was scary as hell. There's something seriously unsettling about walking down those empty hallways. It was a nice game though, nice and short.

Best thing about that game (and Dear Esther, really) is the mood and atmosphere that draw you into a mindset that's completely off. And Gone Home does it multiple times. But if you are planning on getting it, $2 is the price to pay, and not a cent more.

Unfortunately, lengthy debates sometimes lead to proponents of 1 version completely trashing the other version. same thing happens on this site when SC2 and SC1 are compared in great detail... hence why i used the very generalized word "game" as opposed to specifying "Borderlands" myself, i like all 4 games.

It is very simple of course but comfortable and feels kind of "real" with the first person und use of both hands. In TESO its kinda messed up as far as I can remember from the beta. The mmo like spellcasting combined with the typical elder scrolls crosshair doesn't fit well at all. Feels like the crosshair is only an alibi feature to make it look like its elder scrolls.

Stanley Parable and Van Helsing II are both really great, those two games alone are easily worth it for the couple of bucks.
