According to many critics Mark of the Ninja is the best stealth game of the year, I played a demo of it on xbox 360 it was pretty damn good, a lot of fun but it was only the first few levels so it might get better with more complicated stuff. I would say for 7.49 its a great price although it is a bit short. Basically if you are into stealth games buy it. + Show Spoiler [TB's wtf is] + + Show Spoiler [Giant Bomb quick look] +

I can't say I'm particularly interested in point-and-click adventure games but apart from that I'm open to suggestions.

I've picked To The Moon and Trine as two I definitely want but I really can't decide on three other games. TotalBiscuit highly recommended getting Botanicula and Uplink: Hacker Elite so at the moment, they're high on the 'to get' list. Does anybody have any (strong) suggestions for the last game or alternatives for anything I've picked so far? I can't say I'm particularly interested in point-and-click adventure games but apart from that I'm open to suggestions. Geneforge Saga. If you like RPGs, get those. It's all 5 games for one spot in your 5 game list. That is an absurd amount of content, and it is not just quantity, but quality too. Great, unique world, nonlinear gameplay, meaningful decisions, not black and white morality. Very diverse character classes and developement, and if you still are not done after the maybe 100-200 hours of gameplay that these 5 games entice, they also have pretty good replayability due to the differing choices and character classes. In my opinion, these are by far the best out of all those games, and everyone should get them. If you like creative puzzle games, get Spacechem. You have to design manufacturing plants for chemicals using turning, linking, etc... Many different solutions to each puzzle, very brain-heavy. Playing this probably makes you smarter, too. Just don't take the chemistry to serious. I personally didn't really like Uplink, and Botanicula is kind of a point and click, though the riddles are not really complicated.

i think puzzle isnt doing it justice, its about logic, creativity etc. when you create something like this on your own and then watch it work, it feels good. its a bot like solving math problems in university, just without the 5 years worth of rules/knowledge required.

If you liked Borderlands 1 or the idea of an FPS version of Diablo in a sci-fi environment unafraid to make fun of itself, yup. Depending on how obsessive you are about farming your own loot, the core game could provide anywhere from 20 hours to 200 hours or so of gameplay (if you play at least 3-4 of the available classes and try to farm up the best of each gun category). I've clocked 246 hours according to Steam with very little idle time in-game. I would hold off on the DLCs for now until you know exactly how much you like the game, though. They're pretty short and don't offer much of an expansion in terms of gun-farming, but they're enjoyable for one runthrough.
