anyone know some games where i am part of an army or similar? for example: Freespace 2, the neverwinternights battle, mount and blade...
i modded my skyrim to have such battles and it was a ton of fun, there must be some games around it? Must be singleplayer, though, because i want to be THE HERO.
From what it looks like, you want to be a part of a fantasy army with the swords and spells and what not? Or would any army type game with huge battles do?

I'm getting all that fucking small DLC that I dont have!

Far Cry 2 for $2.50...I WILL BE STRONG

FarCry 2 for $2.49 with DLC, sure why not!
|
Your getting both Far Cry's actually and the DLC for 2.
Edit: Opps read it wrong, but the price is still cheap at $5.

crysis II maximum edition, worth it? Blergh, not sure.

Or should i have nothing at all?
Edit: Oh, but that is obviously an easy way to solve it, i just start i once without dlc, see what i have, and throw everything else on the ground. I should really learn to think.
Edit2: Ok, thinking failed, i still start with all that stuff even after untagging the dlc in the pregame menu.
The doctor gives you everything you are "supposed" to have prior to you leaving his house. If you only want those items, drop everything on the floor before he escorts you to the exit. Then he will give you the little amount of money/weapons that you were found with.
I was also surprised with how much good shit you get for free with those DLC's, but since I've played NV before I didn't mind so much that I can rock people with a pretty good shotgun right off the bat.

Red Orchestra 2 is only $5 and it is definitely worth it. I bought it a while ago while it was on sale for 10 bucks and I think it is a great game with some great multiplayer.

Agreed. The whole RO franchise is wonderful. I am a big fan of a RO:1 mod called Darkest Hour. It's bascially the US/German side of the war. They had this whole mortar system that was beyond fun. I saw that it has a mod for the North African front called Mare Nostrum. I haven't played it yet, but I can only assume that it is every bit as awesome as RO:1 vanilla and Darkest Hour.

i have missed Deus Ex HR the last few times it was on sale .How does this game stand up with the others is it worth a look?
|
How much do you lose playing Deus ex HR if you haven't played any of the other games of the series? Is it still worth playing?
|
Is it worthwhile to pick up all the Dungeon Defenders DLC or should I just go for Eternity Shards pack?

Yes. HR is technically a prequel to the original Deus Ex. If you played the original, you just pick on some interesting nuances, but you don't need to. I didn't play the original all the way through.

If I already hadn't bough a gazillion games I'd probably pick up the first as well but I just know I wouldn't get around to playing it this century.

Is Deus Ex: HR worth it? idk if my computer can handle it, but, 7 bucks seems very tempting...
