There are about 20ish core members who are always on. I am not sure about the ones who are idling/inactive.
No one is particularly rich though. I am not sure if anyone will be able to fund you a +12.... at least I can't. I can hardly +12 my own weapon right now  most of the people can't run MCHM and we certainly can't do kn20.
I *believe* AV is much cheaper on TR because it's easier to farm (around 60k per AV). In case you want those you consider bringing a bunch of Pearls.....

I hope I can bribe some friends so I can get KN set on the sorc while staying dead or doing minimal damage.
Vitriol prices are going down, but if you can invest/gamble buy them cheap now as double drop weekend is coming up which means 10-15k profits probably.

As much as I want to, you need at least 12-14 skilled people for it. Whole another level than queen in terms of being able to carry people.
Your best bet is make friends, show that you're good and hope you're invited. Read on knhm/kn20, practice knhm and don't get hit.
EDIT: my friend said double drop next weekend. I don't know though.

Don't worry my slayer warrior priest (and the archer) is staying on MT.
IMO the whole TL guild should migrate to MT.

I've got a 60 mystic on MT. Haven't played the game since... July I believe? Do we have a guild on there? I'm not farmed for shit (Don't believe I ran a single dungeon, just ran around killing people) so having people to play with would be nice.

Im pretty sure all the people who used to play in the TL guild on MT quit or xfer'd, youll have to look else where.

You can transfer for free to TR or MT though. Unless you already bought a char/bank slots on VoT you have not much stuff to lose.
And OP is ancient. Since that original VoT and other pvp servers were merged to MT and about 2-3 weeks after F2P transition EME opened new VoT because queues on MT were terrible (like 1-2 hours for f2p players 5-10 mins for founders).
And yeah, 2x weekend starting at 31st. So it's box farming into 2x weekend. Actually kinda cool month for Tera if not count those ~2days of the routing problems. Lots of events/free stuff for everyone.
Made about 40k on boxes so far. Gonna sacrifice more sleep this weekend for that. Or if boxes price will drop to something like 50g, may as well farm a mount or two for myself.

It's much more comfortable to level a new character when you have at least +9 T14 set waiting in bank + gold, so the most boring part (doing nothing, but dailies and some easy instances while collecting gold so you can actually start farming something else) can be skipped.

Is it an intended feature that Restorative Burst and Healing Circle both go on cooldown when you use one of them?

It is intended, there're other skills that share cd as well. Like teleport jaunt and backstep on sorc.
