couple of things

(a) this was spurs match to lose if they were going to lose any, away to the reigning european champions with so many players out was always going to be painful q:D
(b) hopefully vdv and a proper fucking first team CB will be back for inter at the lane, i understand that bassong is young and improving but he's just awful atm, milito will eat him for dinner if given the chance
(c) when someone is sent off for denying a goal scoring opportunity, it makes absolutely no sense to suspend them. suspensions should be limited to malicious tackles/fouls.
(d) it was only a season ago that bale was a non-descript winger with god awful sideburns

those bale goals made that less painful, thats for sure D:

also cudicini is good enough for champions league imo, he's a lot better than a lot of premiership keepers :o

how did rangers (a) outplay valencia and (b) not win that game? lmao

edit: the rule is 'denying a goal scoring opportunity' not 'the last man' as everyone seems to think, so gomes had to go. well there's obviously a lot of interpretation of that rule, but i think if gomes doesn't take him down then eto'o would have scored 100%, so a sending off makes sense to me

Nemanja Vidic has contacted ManUtd.com to correct a story that appeared on another website, DailyMail.co.uk, earlier today.

The United captain was misquoted by the Mail, making it appear that he was talking about Wayne Rooney. In fact, the word Nemanja used in a post-match interview was 'Rumour' - not 'Rooney' - and his quote should have read as follows:

"Rumour is going around and talking about the bad playing, or something happening around the club with the Glazers, it is not good for the players and not good for the team."

The story has also now been corrected on DailyMail.co.uk.

Anyone else find this hilarious?

Honest mistake, he was never the disruptive kind. Although what Vidic was thought to have said is what everyone thinks. I'm sure if possible, Fergie would have resolved the issue before the season began. Right now is the absolute worst time for this nonsense to happen.

I wish I could cheat on my wife numerous times with old prostitutes.
