Sam Hutchinson, aged 21, has announced his retirement from playing football. Most of you guys won't know who he is but he's an academy player from Chelsea and he has a reoccurring injury. Pretty sad but Chelsea will offer him a job and help him in his studies. He came on for the Stoke game and played pretty good had no idea he had so many injuries.

And it keeps me wondering, how come no one has bough Akinfeev yet after like 5 years of rumors about moving away. No way makes since, Arsenal put two diff bids in for Schwarzer, both for only 2 mill rofl, I know he's old but top 5 GK in the prem.

Also why was Jcole even taking a penalty? Did they just want him to score his first Lpool goal. I feel a bit bad since he served Chelsea for so long but just can't help laughing at his start at Liverpool. Hope he doesn't come back to bite us in the ass.

Yeah I'm assuming they just wanted to give him his first Liverpool goal. I dunno, he seems to be doing OK, nice setup to Babel for that goal though. We'll see how he does with the better teams

Arsenal stops getting injuries? I don't think that is humanly possible. I think that Wenger needs to strengthen up his lads a little bit better because, while they have the fitness, they are all quite fragile.

So they might buy another but they are currently over their squad limit and would need to sell someone, most likely a MF, I believe. If they sell RVDV and it turns into another Robben and Sneijder story it'd be crazy but I think Mourinho will know who to get rid of.

Just finished watching the replay... sick ending kinda lucky for Bayern as their defense played like they should have lost. The beginning of the second half was just needless turnover's one after another. Butt's bad clear to misimovic was kinda scary lol but sweinstieger god damn it's like he is meant to be a hero, also have to give props to ribery who was kicking beautifully all game edit: who wants to bet Dzeko get's an offer from mourinho if he hasn't already? A draw would have been a fair result for both teams. That goal from Müller was sick. I can't believe this guy was a nobody a year ago... edit: Dzeko to Bayern ftw !
