Well, tomorrow when the NDA is lifted, what kind of information can we expect to see? have people played it yet?

i am not sure if i follow you correctly, but of course people have played the beta. It's the same people who will publish the informations after the NDA falls. there was a meeting for fan sites in irvine last week, if i am not mistaken

Beta maybe (I personally expect it rather on conference call 2 days later) but there is no way we can expect actual release date. Beta hasnt even begun, maybe whole D3 battle.net is so full of bugs it would need complete rework or something like that. I expect release date on BlizzCon in October.

Yeah the story in Diablo is epic, definantly one of the best for any PC game ive played. But its obviously not the same after playing through the game like 42 times.. So now its mostly just about trying out some weird specs and working towards those fat items

Only people who has been invited to the Blizzard conferences have played it a bit as far as i know.
And that D3Anonymous twitter is confirmed fake by Diablo:IncGamers. Wouldn't listen to his tweets at all, especially when DNA ends tomorrow. (And we most likely will get updates/news in the coming days)

The beta is supposed to be more of a pretty small demo, very low level stuff not even spanning 1/4 of Act 1, to stress test Bnet 2.0 infrastructure compliance with D3.
Pretty sure that I won't get a key, but I'm also sure that, like in SC2, there will be playable offline versions around for us unlucky peeps.

I doubt they will give a specific date for Beta - it will just simply happen one day when Blizzard is ready. Stating a date is just setting Blizzard up to fail if/when they run into a technical issue and can't deliver on the date announced.
