You get his passive one time and then you only last hit so you don't loose a lot of health. It's really easy his damage with it is ridiculous. Well as a DotA or HoN player with last hit experience it's easy but it's still way easier than most other LoL heroes.

Then you get Sheen and continue with Maja's and/or Rod of Ages and/or Zhoyas Ring and later on lich bane.

To kill you turn on your shield, wait a bit stun run to him and let your shield explode as soon as you reach him. With some ap items the damage is out of this world. Enjoy your ownage.

Last Whisper + Black Cleaver is a bad combo because of how armor penetration/reduction stacks. I would suggest replacing Last Whisper in your build with Yommou's Ghostblade as it gives you flat armor pen which interacts better with Stark's/Cleaver and it also gives you a ghost ability to close distance.
