And yes on FoN if you need MR. The +MS and MR is great but the regen is fucking fantastic since it synergizes with Garen's own passive. Only real DPS I'd get (especially at high elo) is Brutalizer early on. You get it not so much for the DPS but really for the CDR. Merc Treads Sunfire stack Fon (and GA) if you really need the MR Youmuu's is ok late game because of the active. You literally turn it on and gun for their DPS carry. Edit: you asked for an item build, so Boots + 3 hp pots => Giant Belt => Merc Treads => Sunfire. You definitely need more HP early on since you're melee and you draw aggro. So at least one Sunfire is needed. From there, adapt your build according to their line up. Early game, last hit with Q and harass with E. | ||

Also, I just played a game were I was veigar and the opposing team had a veigar too. Most fights were decided based on which of us could ult the other one first lol, and then abuse nuking the other team to hell. (no real DPS on either team). Pretty fun. | ||
