The danger for Taric is that constant long-ranged harassment can beat him out. Armor runes remove this possibility, and it also lets him build something different instead of rushing GA (because you don't need THAT much more armor).

I could see going Abyssal as first item on armor-rune Taric, for instance. Quite nasty.

So I've got the problem, anyone know how to fix it? When I start the game, after choosing the champ my games closes with the error "Launcher has experienced an error. Please restart this application".

I'm after system reinstall and I can't play :\ Any ideas what's wrong?

Is how I fixed that problem this morning.

I had to re-download the client, the old version of the installer was giving me that error.

I've had a similar error. Mine was with patching problems with not being up to par with the patches. Go into the c drive find league of legends open LoL.Air and switch 46 to 45 and reinstall the current patch. Do the same for LOL.game change 35 to 34 and reinstall the patch.
Worked for me.
OR uninstall LoL completly and Re-DOWNLOAD the entire game.

Hmm... I've reinstalled it already today, because earlier I had the error during patching up (copying 79% and dead). I'm installing NET Framework and I'll try reinstalling again.

The reason that Vlad's spells appear black on the EU servers supposedly has to do with Riot EU being based in Germany. So they follow Germany's guidelines about blood in video games. Although the whole poking fun at BP on EU servers is a much more entertaining explanation.

god I hate the people who banned Shen. except that they're the same people who don't ban Kayle, so they're responsible for letting me play an imba character, so I guess really I love them unless the other team gets kayle.

Right except they were all at full health. Like I said three of us immediately dropped (immediate meaning "instant" meaning before we could do anything) resulting in a 2v5 with all seven players at full health
