man... i can respect hardcore gameplay without cheating, i really like it. personally, i hate cheaters just as much as the next guy. but im failing to understand why cheating should = death.

i know im not as hardcore as some of you, but it IS just a video game. i mean... that dude is probably going to be in jail for a loooooong time, just because he decided it was smarter to attempt murder than to just find a new game...

i dont know if maybe youa re kidding about the whole thing or what, but i mean... its just not that serious, you know?

now, maybe if he was fucking my wife or something. that kind of cheating i can udnerstand killing a man. but over a video game? why not just grow up a little bit and move on with your life?

i must say, whenever i discover that my opponent is using a maphack in starcraft i always feel an uncontrollable urge to want to kill them in the most violent way possible. perhaps it is for the best that i play from home and not at a net cafe.

Shit like this has happened sooo many times before. I don't think anyone really raises an eyebrow anymore over the fact that people get mad pissed about their opponents hacking in computer games.

Shouldn't this be in that combined thread with all these kinds of news posts?
